Where can you play Hood Warfare 2?

The confirmed release is Windows PC through Steam, under app ID 5155360. The official store identifies Trapstar Games as developer and publisher and gives an October 8, 2026 release date. Use that product page to distinguish the sequel from the original Hood Warfare.

The Steam store API reports Windows support and no native Mac or Linux edition. Those platform flags do not establish whether an unofficial compatibility setup works. We have not tested compatibility layers or Steam Deck performance.

Is there a PS5 or Xbox release date?

No console release date is established by the sources reviewed for this page on October 16, 2026. That is a dated statement about the available evidence, not a promise that a port will never happen. A future developer announcement would change the answer.

Does controller support mean console crossplay?

No. Controller support describes an input method on the PC edition. Online PvP describes playing against other people online. Neither label, by itself, establishes another platform or a feature connecting separate platform editions.

Likewise, the private-match update adds password-only lobbies. It does not announce console versions or crossplay. If your friends are planning to play together, confirm that each person has access to the supported Windows release rather than assuming a gamepad makes a console compatible.
